Spring Volunteers & Interns

We have several new interns and volunteers working with the ELAP team this spring.

A huge thank-you to these hard-working individuals for contributing their time to help us provide free civil legal aid in King County.

We are able to reach many more people every year, thanks to our volunteers and interns.

  • Barbara Adsero – Program volunteer
  • Jean Russell, Seattle University School of Law  – Legal intern
  • Kerry Suter – Operations volunteer
  • Naomi Weld, University of Washington – Development & grant-writing intern

ELAP’s large internship program provides a valuable hands-on experience for students, recent graduates, and working professionals. Our staff attorneys supervise and mentor our volunteers and interns to provide a meaningful and practical internship. Internships are unpaid, but we can sponsor for academic credit. We accept interns on a rolling basis year-round, and we welcome high school, college, and law students to apply.
