His essay is titled Eudaimonia: The Modern Pursuit of Happiness.
Here’s a snippet: “In my eyes, volunteering is the ultimate exercise of the pursuit of happiness, allowing our communities and individuals to flourish. For me, these acts of service are not an activity, but my expression of eudaimonia: fulfillment through community well-being, not personal gain.”
