We have a new ELAP staff member for you to meet.
Melissa O’Sullivan (she/her), JD, has joined our team as a Domestic Violence Legal Program Staff Attorney. Our DV staff attorneys provide free legal help to people in King County who are experiencing violence or harassment by an intimate partner.
Melissa has an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a law degree from the University of Washington. She previously worked as a Rule 9 intern both at ELAP and for Pierce County. Melissa also has experience as a legal advocate for LifeWire and as a benefits legal assistance intern for Solid Ground. We’re excited to have her back at ELAP!
