New Staff Housing Attorneys

Two fantastic individuals have joined our team in staff attorney roles.

Kristin Husebye (she/her), JD, is ELAP’s new Senior Staff Attorney in our Housing Stability Program. Kristin has extensive legal experience from New York, Washington D.C., and the Pacific Northwest and was most recently with Skagit Legal Aid and Tacomaprobono Community Lawyers. She received her law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York.

Cloie Chapman (she/her), JD, joined our Housing Stability team as a Staff Attorney. Cloie worked most recently as a family law attorney. She also clerked at the Washington State Supreme Court. She received her law degree from Seattle University School of Law where she served as executive editor of the American Indian Law Journal.
