ELAP is launching an in-person elder law clinic to help community members navigate legal issues related to aging and estate planning.
Attorneys will be available to meet one-to-one with people who need help with estate planning, probate, guardianship, or Medicaid planning. Clinic appointments are one-time opportunities to meet with a lawyer to get legal advice and help with legal documents.
The new clinic will be held on the third Thursday of every month from 3-5 p.m. The first date is Thursday, July 20. Thank you to North Bellevue Community Center for hosting the clinic.
You need to live in King County and be a low-income household to receive a clinic appointment.
